in my dream i was at my highschool and i remember being with my friend leesha. it was language period and there was some event happening so we weren’t doing any work. there was also a new part of the school made since the school is unfinished, so some of us went to check it out there was a new bathroom and i was gonna go in and see it, but before i could get any closer i saw my crush raniya in there with her back facing me, and there was another girl with her. and i kid you not, they started making out then raniya closed the door (both of them didn’t see me infront of there somehow i guess they were too into MAKING OUT.) and i genuinely started having a heart attack because hello.. what the hell..? i couldn’t breathe properly and i was just standing there. then i started pacing around and people were confused. someone came up to me, i think it was my friend afrooz, and asked if i needed water or something, and after that i calmed down a little. (the problem is that is don’t this this is even a huge crush like yeah i like her a lot, but i’m fully aware we’re never gonna be together, so i don’t understand why i was so heartbroken. it felt like she betrayed me even though she obviously didn’t because we’re not even dating) HOW am i supposed to face her at school now??? every time i think about the dream my heart drops and i keep imagining her kissing some random girl..
This dream presents a blend of emotions and subconscious processing related to feelings of attachment, vulnerability, and self-awareness. Let's break down the different elements and their potential meanings:
High School Setting: Schools in dreams often represent learning experiences or places of personal development. Since you’re at a high school, it might symbolize a period in life where you're dealing with your own growth and understanding of relationships.
Presence of Friends (Leesha and Afrooz): Friends appearing in dreams may indicate a need for social support or a reflection of your real-life interactions. Leesha’s presence could symbolize familiarity and comfort, whereas Afrooz offering you water indicates a supportive role in your emotional life.
Unfinished School with New Parts: An unfinished setting implies growth, change, or the development of the self. The new part of the school could symbolize an area of your life that is still unfolding or where you are experiencing new changes or insights.
Bathroom Scene with the Crush (Raniya): Bathrooms represent personal and private spaces, tapping into vulnerabilities or areas of life that need cleansing or release. Seeing your crush in an intimate scene signifies confrontation with deep or hidden emotions. The kissing scenario might be less about her actions and more a projection of your feelings of emotional exposure and vulnerability.
Feelings of Heartbreak and Betrayal: Experiencing extreme emotional responses highlights the intensity of feelings you may not fully understand or acknowledge when awake. Despite being aware that a relationship with Raniya may not happen, the dream exposes a deeper subconscious attachment or hope you might not openly express.
Response of Panic and Calming Down: The panic attack suggests confronting uncomfortable truths about your emotions or possible insecurities. Your friend Afrooz’s concern and aid could represent your inner ability to self-soothe and find balance amidst emotional turmoil.
Reflections on Dream’s Significance: The dream may not predict future events but acts as a mirror to your emotions about unrequited or unfulfilled desires. It signifies processing feelings of attachment you might be rationalizing away in waking life. The heartbreak and perceived betrayal by Raniya might symbolize fears of rejection or not being chosen.
Facing Raniya at School: Approach interactions with Raniya without letting dream emotions dictate your real-world behavior. Recognize the dream as an inner dialogue with yourself rather than a reflection of reality. If the thought resurfaces, remind yourself it was just a dream—your feelings are valid for whatever they may be, but they don’t equate to actual reality or interactions with her. Expressing or processing your feelings in a journal or discussing them with a trusted friend might help alleviate some anxiety and bring clarity.
Ultimately, this dream encourages you to confront how you handle your feelings for Raniya and to understand that it is okay to have these emotions even if they are complex or seemingly illogical. It emphasizes self-awareness and emotional communication as you navigate relationships and personal desires.
